Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure the items are in their original condition with all fandom-specific tags attached.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
